How long have you been doing CrossFit?
I have been doing CrossFit now for 5 months.
What's your favorite workout?
My favorite workout, so far, has to be Helen.
What's your favorite movement?
I really enjoy rowing.
Why do you do CrossFit?
I do CrossFit now because I started seeing results pretty quickly, and now other people have notice my hard work as well.
What meal could you eat every day for the rest of your life?
I honestly can eat rice everyday, but I don’t do that anymore. Salmon is my new favorite.
What has CFV helped you do, achieve?
CFV has helped me increase my self confidence, it has also helped me get motivated again. I am doing a lot more things now than I was a few months ago.
If you could have dinner with anyone dead or alive, who would it be and why?
I would love to have dinner w my pops 1 more time, 1 on 1. I have a lot of things to proudly share with him, and I know he’d be proud.

Scarface, A Bronx Tale, Talladega Nights
What makes you the happiest?
Having my family together, all at once, makes me the happiest.
Anything else you want to add?
I always hesitated starting Crossfit, intimidated and just not sure it was for me. Wish I would’ve started a long time ago, but I'm glad I did, when I did. Thank you CFV, and I know I have a lot of work to do, but everyday I get better.
