6. What has CFV helped you achieve?Efficient pull-ups and doing handstand pushups for the first time.
7. If you could have dinner with anyone dead or alive, who would it be and why?I worked in restaurants for a very long time, so Anthony Bourdain.

With my last gym shutting down, I just wanted to say thank you to everyone for being so welcoming. It meant a lot to me and Lauren. :)
