2. What's your favorite workout?
I don't have a favorite workout lol, I enjoy them all. I love a workout that challenges my strength and pushes me to overcome weakness.

Push Press
4. Why do you do CrossFit?
The community it fosters, the constant variation in workouts, the way it challenges you both mentally and physically
5. What meal could you eat every day for the rest of your life?
Tacos
6. What has CFV helped you do, achieve, overcome, etc?
Strength and endurance, improved my health, Resilience
7. If you could have dinner with anyone dead or alive, who would it be and why?
My parents, I would love to reconnect and feel their presence again. Talk with them about the milestones, challenges and moments of growth.

9. What makes you the happiest?
Spending time with loved ones, moments of peace, watching my children succeed.
10. Anything else you want to add about CFV, CrossFit, or yourself?
This past year has been a really tough one. Joining CrossFit has been the highlight of my year!! I love coming every morning and getting to laugh and enjoy meeting new people that actually care about one another!!!
