How long have you been doing CrossFit?
A little over 2 years (first WOD was in December 2020).What's your favorite workout?
I absolutely love AMRAPS. Honestly, it doesn’t matter what the movements are (and I’ll regret saying that), I love seeing how much movement can be done in X amount of time. What's your favorite movement?
Deadlifts all day!! Why do you do CrossFit?
I joke, “I can either pay for CrossFit or pay for therapy.” (Of course sometimes I might need both!) All jokes aside, the community, the confidence boost, and the challenges are what bring me back to CrossFit, consistently. The perks are a healthier life and those amazing endorphins that come at the end of a workout. What meal could you eat every day for the rest of your life?
This is a hard one. I’m a foodie, but I’d say my stepmom’s roast, followed by her lemon ice box pie. What has CFV helped you do, achieve, overcome, etc?
It’s given me a newfound confidence and a new perspective on life. No matter the challenge. I find myself saying, “Just breathe and keep on moving. Just one more rep.” If you could have dinner with anyone dead or alive, who would it be and why?
Brandi Carlile. I love her music, her energy, and the way she uses her platform for changing the world for the better.Top three favorite movies.
